Use Images in Your Portfolio Entries

We realize that you probably store your images and multimedia in sites best equipped to store and display these formats, such as Flickr, YouTube, Vimeo, and Slideshare, just to name a few.

Our rich text editor allows you to link directly to these images and multimedia objects in any Description area of your portfolio, and on any Page you might create, using standard hyperlinks. However, images can be embedded within the Description area or Page itself.

Follow the directions below to add an image to a Description area or on a Page after logging in to your Portfolio.

1. Click "My Portfolio" on your Interfolio Account Dashboard

2. Click the edit icon next to the section where you're adding an image

4. Copy and paste the URL of your image into the URL field of the dialog box

Feel free to adjust your image; the preview area is populated with “dummy” text so you can see what your image would look like if there were text in the area with it.

Copy and paste the URL of your image into the URL field of the dialog box

5. The preview image will update as you make changes. Click OK when you have finished adjusting your image

6. Click Save to update the entry with your changes
