Replace or Update Letters

Letter Writer makes it easy to upload an updated version of a letter of recommendation. Only letters requested by an individual can be replaced or updated.

1. Click "View Requests" on your Letter Writer account dashboard

2. Click "View Request History" on your Pending Recommendation Requests page

3. Locate the letter you wish to replace and click "View Details"

3.1. -or- Click "View Details" in your original letter request email to view your previous submission

4. Click "Replace File" to upload a new version -or- click "Download Original" to access the original file

5. You can drag and drop a file or click the upload box to upload a document from your computer, then click "Replace"

6. Click "OK" to confirm your decision to replace the file
