Rename or Delete an Ad-Hoc Committee

Administrators in Interfolio Review, Promotion & Tenure can rename or delete an ad-hoc committee from the program when editing case review steps.

Navigate to the case you want to edit by clicking on the name of the candidate in the list of cases

Click the pencil icon to edit the case

On the "Case Summary" page, scroll down to "Case Review Steps" and click "Edit" to the right of the page

Select "Case Review Step" under "Edit Case" to the right of the screen

Click "Manage Ad-Hoc Committees" at the bottom of the list of steps to change the title or delete an ad-hoc committee

Click "Manage Case-Specific Committees" at the bottom of the list of steps to change the title or delete a case-specific committee

Click the edit pencil to rename a committee

Click the edit pencil to rename a committee, or X to delete it

If the committee is not in use, you can click the "x" to delete it

This option only appears if the committee is not in use.
