Evaluations: completed/submitted evaluations no longer display on the Evaluations screen 

Evaluations that are due and have been completed/submitted no longer display on the Evaluations screen.

Vitas: show empty sections

Administrators and faculty now have the option of choosing if sections that do not contain any activities should display on a selected vita. This prevents empty sections from displaying on vitas.

Administrators can specify the default selection for vita templates by doing the following:

  1. On the Admin menu, click Setup
  2. In the Configuration section, click Vitae. The Vitae screen displays. 
  3. Edit an existing vita template or add a new vita template.  
  4. In the Show Empty Sections option, specify if empty sections should be visible on vitas created using the selected vita template. 

Faculty can choose if empty sections should display on a vita that they created by doing the following:

  1. On the Faculty menu, click Vitas & Biosketches. The Vitas & Biosketches screen displays. 
  2. Edit an existing vita or add a new vita. 
  3. In the Show Empty Sections option, specify if empty sections should be visible on vitas created using the selected vita template. 

Organizational structure: administrative rights for subunits 

Administrators can now specify the type of access subunits can have to the organizational structure for managing organizational units.

To specify the access level, do the following:

  1. On the Admin menu, click Setup
  2. In the School section, click Organizational Structure. The Organizational Structure screen displays. 
  3. Click the Edit icon for the desired subunit. The Edit Subunit screen displays. 
  4. In the Administrative Rights section, specify the access for Manage Organizational Units
