Change Your View on the Positions List to See Positions for a Particular Unit and Role
Because a user can have multiple roles at different adminstrative levels in the program, you can filter the list of positions to show only positions you can access or manage at a particular adminstrative unit or with a particular role.
From your dashboard, scroll over Faculty Search and select "View Positions"
Your current view is displayed in the upper left of the "Positions" page
In the example below, the user is viewing the list of positions to which they have access that have been created under the adminstrative level "Demo University."
If you don't see the positions you are looking for:
The program defaults to display positions available at your highest administrative level. You may need to switch to "All Evaluator Positions." (See below)
Click the drop down menu and select the unit you want view
In the example below, the user is an Administrator of multiple units.
