Interfolio's Dossier allows users to easily track and manage the delivery of their materials to Interfolio-hosted positions for free.

With an upgrade to Dossier Deliver, users can send, track, and manage deliveries of materials by email, mail, or confidential letter uploads to online application systems.

How to see deliveries and applications

Deliveries to Interfolio-hosted positions are referred to as "applications". Deliveries to opportunities not hosted by Interfolio are referred to as "deliveries".

1. Click Deliveries in the left hand navigation menu

Columns in the table include:

1. The recipient

2. Status of the delivery ("Incomplete", "In Progress (Not Yet Submitted)", etc.)

3. Notes on the position ("Accepting Applications", "Previously submitted; requirements incomplete.", etc.)

4. The type of delivery

5. Available actions

1. Clicking Edit will open the delivery for editing

The edibility of an application is determined by the institution hosting the position search. Questions concerning the edibility or status of an application should be directed to the relevant institution.

2. To review some details of non-editable and sent deliveries, click Review

3. Some sent deliveries can also be cancelled by clicking Cancel

Users can view and manage past deliveries and applications from Sent Deliveries.

1. Click Deliveries in the left hand Navigation bar
