Managing an External Evaluation Request
This articles explains how to edit the settings, resend, or cancel an external evaluation request made through an Interfolio Review, Promotion & Tenure case.
If the request is labeled Requested but has not yet been accepted by the evaluator, you can edit the name of the request, the section in which the evaluation will appear when submitted, and the access level of who can see the request and the submitted evaluation.
If the request is either Requested, or Accepted by the evaluator, click Edit & Resend Request to edit every aspect of the request to re-send to the evaluator.
This will open the Re-send External Evaluation page as shown below, where you can edit the name, email, message, due date, files attached, and settings for where and when the request will appear and who can view it.
If the request is either Requested or Accepted by the evaluator, you can click to Cancel Request.
Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.
