Edit the Name, Description, Packet Section, and Access Level of Case Materials

Administrators and Committee Managers in Interfolio Review, Promotion, & Tenure can edit the name and description of packet materials, move materials to a different packet section, and set the level of access needed to view the material.

Select "Cases" from the left hand navigation menu

To edit the settings of a document, click the small blue edit pencil and select "Edit Settings"

As shown below, this will open a dialog box where you can edit the name and description of the material, move the document to a different section of the packet, and set who will have access to the materials (the entire committee, only Administrators, or Administrators and Committee Managers.)

Select the documents for which you want to change the access level (who can view the document)

Click "Settings" and set the access level
