The content in this knowledge base is based upon the standard FACULTY180 environment. Your institution may have made changes to configure the FACULTY180 environment to meet your institution's needs; therefore, the screens in your FACULTY180 environment may differ slightly from the knowledge base. NOTE: If the image below is not what you see after signing in, you may be at your Interfolio Dossier. You should select your name in the top-right corner and select the desired Institutional Account.
After logging in, and choosing an institutional account, users will see the page that's displayed below. The navigation bar options will vary depending on their permissions and Interfolio products used by the institution. The Interfolio homepage for institutions is the central place for faculty members within interfolio, no matter what product they use.
Note that Quicklinks are not available from the home page, but can be accessed from the upper right dropdown menu once the user selects and opens a page in the F180 program. Click here to learn how to use Quicklinks.
If you are at an institution using the new Interfolio Data Service you will see some additional options on your homepage.

My Tasks section displays a list of read and unread tasks that need attention with links to those tasks. This includes the title and due date (for tasks with a due date).
Please note the following features:
- The number of all read and unread tasks will display at the top of the page
- The Search bar allows you to search through tasks by keyword
- The most recent tasks will display on the homepage. Title, and Due Date (if a due date exists) will display
- Once you have a number of tasks, you will need to click View All to see the expanded list of tasks.
Clicking View All at the bottom of the list reveals the searchable, paginated expanded task list
We've added a shortcut for you users to access the Activity Input screen directly from the bottom left of the home page.
To create a record of your professional activities, select an activity from the dropdown list and click Go.
This will open the Activity Input screen for the selected activity type as shown in the example below:
At the bottom right of the home page, users can click Import to import records of scholarly contributions and creative productions from academic sources.
This opens the Activity Input screen for Scholarly Contributions & Creative Productions where you can manually input records, or import records from academic sources such as Generic (RIS / BibTeX), Medline / PubMed, and Web of Science.
