Prior Activity Input Forms Report

The content in this knowledge base is based upon the standard FACULTY180 environment. Your institution may have made changes to configure the FACULTY180 environment to meet your institution's needs; therefore, the screens in your FACULTY180 environment may differ slightly from the knowledge base. This report allows administrators with the proper permissions with the ability to view the prior activity input forms that faculty users have entered.

  1. From the left-hand navigation, select Administration > Reports
  2. On the Reports page, select Prior Activity Input Forms under Administrative Reports

3. Configure the report by indicating the Employment Status, Assigned to Unit As, and the Semester

After you have a run a report, a list of the prior activity input forms will display, along with the relevant faculty member.

This information will help administrators know what type of activity input a particular faculty member or unit is performing.
