RPT Release Notes: 2019.04.02

Most of the issues resulting from the recent release of transparency have been resolved. users should be seeing improvements in the speed and stability of the program. We have also made some improvements and fixes, including enhancements to our external evaluations feature.

Show material shares in packet activity log:

RPT Admins can see when case materials are shared in the Activity Log, so they have a history for when a case is shared. When admin is on the Case Activity log page for a given case, they now see the following record when a case is shared within the Activity Log:

  1. Date and time
    • Example: Feb 7, 2019 at 11:21 AM
  2. Event
    • If the case is being shared with ONLY 1 person ‘[sender_first_name] + [sender_last_name] + [(sender_email_address)] shared the Case with ([total number of docs attached] + attachments) with [recipient_first_name] + [recipient_last_name]’
    • If the case is shared with > 1 person (i.e.Committee Members), than the event text should read ‘[sender_first_name] + [sender_last_name] + [(sender_email_address)] shared the Case with ([total number of docs attached] + attachments) with [total count of recipients] people
  3. Actions
    • View Content
      • Clicking ‘View Content’ displays a preview of the message that was sent
Additional docs requirement shows for all sections in preview template window:

When working in Templates, the Template Summary page was displaying an "Additional Documents" requirement under every section, even though when looking underneath each section in Candidate Requirements, the option "Candidates can add additional documents to this section" was unchecked.

Requirements reordered when updating given document requirement:

RPT Admins going to Templates > choose a template > candidate requirements can drag and drop requirements in the order they like. We heard from multiple clients that when reordering, it sticks, but when logging back in later they would find it out of order.

RPT: Attempting to move case forward, error "You must provide a subject":

Fixed issue happening when users clicked to "Send case forward", the system was moving extremely slow. After typing in a subject line in the send forward modal, users got the error message "You must provide a subject", despite the presence of a subject.

Requirement and internal sections switch order after searching for materials:

Fixed an issue in RPT causing the order of sections to revert back to original position after the order was modified to move the Candidate Packet below the Internal sections. The Candidate Packet was moving back to the top after searching the case materials.

Don't send notification email when external evaluation request is deleted:

When CM/Admin deletes an external evaluation request, the external evaluator will no longer receive an automated email.

Prevent user from attaching confidential documents to external evaluation requests:

When CM/Admin attaches materials to an external evaluation request they cannot see/select any submitted external evaluations/confidential attachments.
