In this release we started to roll out some improvements we are making to the process of requesting External Enhancements.
Added "From Name" and "Reply To" fields for External Evaluation requests, and we now allow users to edit those fields
- RPT Administrators and Committee Managers making a request for an External Evaluation can now enter and edit two new fields: the “from name' and “reply to” email address. This change allows the communication to be more personable by changing from the defaults. Users can also update the “from name' and “reply to” email address that was used in an initial letter request. Previously, the From Name defaulted to the Institution Name, and Reply-to (email address): defaulted to the senders email address, and could not be edited.
