RPT Release Notes 2020.03.03

ADDED: New actions bar on Case List page and style and color changes to the app: We’ve added a new actions bar on the case page:

Roboto is now the only font we use in our apps and our colors have been updated to a new accessible color palette.

Changes include:

  • An RPT user viewing their list of Cases will see the list/page presented in the updated “tile style.”
  • When An RPT Administrator selects at least 1 case via checkbox, the following should occur on the new Actions bar underneath Search box:
    • User sees a multi-checkbox to select all cases on the page
    • User sees a ‘Notify Candidates’ button and text
    • User sees a ‘Send Cases Backward’ button and text
    • User sees a ‘Send Cases Forward’ button and text
    • User sees a 'Close Case' button and text
  • When an RPT Committee Manager selects at least 1 case via checkbox, the following should occur on the new Actions bar underneath Search box:
    • User sees  a multi-checkbox to select all cases on the page
    • User sees a ‘Send Cases Backward’ button and text
    • User sees a ‘Send Cases Forward’ button and text
  • When a case has a status applied to it, user viewing the case on the Case List page will see the following:
    • New style for Case Status display
    • Transition from “badge” icon to “dot” icon
Fixed:  Edit Case Requirements are now displaying in the correct order:

When an Admin user is looking at the requirements section of the case page and sorts the packet sections to the order they want, and saves and refreshes the page, the order of the packet sections is now always in the same order the user left them.

Before: Requirements were displaying inconsistently in different parts of RPT. For example, they were displaying in the correct order on template screens and on individual case pages, but in the incorrect order when editing an individual case created from a given template

Now: Requirements display in a consistent order in the following places:

  • Templates
  • Cases created from that template
  • Case pages
  • Case page requirements
ADDED: New filter pills for user selections:

An RPT user filtering their view of cases will see applied filters presented as pills at the top of the table. An RPT user viewing a list of cases that have been filtered can clear those filters to reset the state of the list.

Added new toggle to support "Include child units":

Created a new toggle to replace the existing checkmark used to “include chills units” for the unit filter on the Case List page.

  • An RPT user on the case list page can toggle next to “Include Child Units” (instead of a checkbox). The toggle default is “On.” User will see the cases at the selected unit and below.
  • When user selects the toggle to “Off” they will see only cases at the selected unit
  • An RPT user on the case list page can toggle the switch on and off using keyboard (tab to the field, while field is focused hit enter to toggle switch on/off).
