Updated UI slightly to show the word "Processing" with a spinner while faculty upload file is being processed. Then when the file is fully processed, the screen updates to show the final counts.

Only standard forms sections will display in the “Add Activity” dropdown on the new home page. If a standard form of that unit is locked, that will not display on the dropdown.  If add is disabled for faculty for a form, that section will not display on the drop down.
