Release Notes (v.4.14)

Evaluations: Assign support accounts to evaluations

When creating an evaluation, administrators can now specify if support accounts can be assigned to an evaluation as an evaluator. This is helpful if your institution utilizes external reviewers for performing evaluations – a support account can be set up for the external reviewer so they can perform the evaluation. If an evaluation has been assigned to a support account, an Evaluation link will display in the Faculty menu on the left side of the screen for that support account – a notification message will not display on the dashboard. If a staff account has an evaluation associated with it, the staff account cannot be deleted from FACULTY180.

To include/exclude support accounts as part of an evaluation, do the following:

  1. On the Admin menu, click Administration
  2. In the Evaluations section, click Evaluations
  3. Add a new evaluation or select an existing evaluation.
  4. In the Assign Evaluators & Schedule section, click Select Faculty adjacent to Evaluators.
  5. In the Standard Filters section, select the Show Support Accounts check box. Support accounts can now be assigned to the selected evaluation as evaluators.
