View the Activity Log for a Faculty Member
Interfolio Lifecycle Management keeps an Activity Log accesible from the Actions menu on the profile page of each faculty member. The log records all actions and events that take place in the account of each individual faculty member. These logs provide users with a clear record of when certain changes were made and by whom.
Accessing the Activity Log:
Navigate to the list of faculty
Note: Your institution may have changed the labels for the faculty list, but it will always be accesible from the left hand navigation bar.

Select the faculty member to view their profile

Click the "Actions" button at the top right of the page and select "View Activity Log"

Search, sort , filter and download the Activity Log
The Activity Log presents a sortable and searchable table listing the date of an activity, the group or type of activity, for instance Appointment, Profile, Event, etc. along with a description of the activity.
The table can also be filtered to show activities within a particular date range.
Users can Download a CSV file of the log using the button at the top right of the page, and can click each entry to view details about it.

The Activity, the Group (or type of event), the Log Message, and the details displayed in the right-hand panel that displays when clicking on an Activity in the list.
