View Appointment History

Lifecycle Management users can view the appointment history of an individual faculty member. This history is accessible from the Actions menu on the faculty member's profile page.

Your institution may have added a custom name for the faculty list, but it will always be accesible from the left-hand navigation bar.  

Navigate to the list of faculty

Select "View Appointment History" from the Actions menu drop down at the top right of the page

Click the blue carat on an appointment in the list to open an overview of the appointment

This displays the dates and institution of the appointment and an event history including:

  • Event Titles
  • Type (promotion, reappointment etc.)
  • Time period
  • Outcome of the event (promoted, completed etc.)
  • Actions column where you can click to View the event

Click View under the Actions column to open the View Event page

Here you can add additional information about an event including attaching files that support or provide a record of the event.

Click "View Appointment Details" at the right of the page to open a side window with details about the appointment

Click "Edit" to make changes to these details as necessary

The side panel can display the following info (if added to the program). Editable items are noted below:

  • Journey Title
  • Last updated date and time
  • Unit of appointment
  • Track of appointment (such as Clinical Faculty etc)
  • Rank Type
  • Title (editable)
  • Contract dates (editable)
  • Position ID  (editable)
  • Employee type (editable)
  • Compensation  (editable)
  • Workload Model  (editable)
  • Workload Allocation
Click "Edit" to make changes to these details as necessary
