Find and Flag Deactivated Faculty
Administrators can search for and flag faculty that are no longer active at the institution as deactivated.
- Administrators can "modify profiles" to mark faculty as active or deactivated
- By default, only activated users display in the Faculty & Staff list
- Users can filter the list to display active or deactivated faculty
Only active profiles display in the Faculty list by default. To search for deactivated faculty, enter the name in the Search box and and close the Status: Active button.

You can also add Active or Deactivated filters by selecting the Filter button, scrolling to the bottom of the window, and selecting the filter to view the list by the selected Status of Faculty.

Important: Deactivating profiles will end any current appointments and will cancel remaining future events. You can always activate a profile if needed.
Select the profile(s) you want to modify
Only active profiles display by default. Select the profiles to deactivate from the list.

Click Modify Profiles and select Deactivate
Click Modify Profiles and select Deactivate Profile from the dropdown.

Confirm change
Confirm the action to deactivate the selected profiles.

Close the button labeled Status: Active at the top of the list
By default, only active profiles appear in the list. Click to close the Status: Active to change the default view and display deactivated profiles.

Select profiles to activate from the list, and click Activate Profile
Select the name or names of faculty to activate and choose Activate Profile from the dropdown list.
