(Added) LM API: Created endpoint to validate data before starting upcoming events in bulk: 

We will present pre-validation when a user with appropriate permissions selects profiles to start events in bulk, notifying the user of what is going to happen. This will present a message with the number of profiles that will be able to start the event on the date provided in the event information, and an option (button) to “Start (the number of selected) Events”  We will also show the name and email of selected profiles that have no upcoming events to start.
