RPT: (FIXED) Edit Case option missing HREF attribute: 

When viewing a case in RPT there is a “Case Options” dropdown in the upper right area of the screen. The first option, “Edit Case” was missing an HREF attribute. Now, when an RPT user navigates to the Case Options dropdown in a case in RPT, they are able to select the Edit Case option from the dropdown.
