Why has my delivery not been sent yet?

When Dossier Deliver users request to send confidential letters from their Dossier account to another online application system, the delivery will appear on the Deliveries page as soon as the institution or application service has sent an official request to Interfolio. This could happen automatically or could take up to a day before Interfolio receives the request. 

Once Interfolio receives this request (or other requests to send materials to emails or other online application systems,) this job is added to our fulfillment teams queue and will take 1-4 days to process. The status of the delivery (shown on the Deliveries page) will initially show as Preparing to Send and will change to Sent once it has been completed.
