View the Activity Log for a Faculty Member

Interfolio Lifecycle Management (LM) keeps an Activity Log accessible from the Actions menu on the profile page of each faculty member. The log records all actions and events that take place in the account of each individual faculty member. These logs provide users with a clear record of when certain changes were made and by whom.

 

View Activity Log for a Faculty Member

Navigation: Faculty > desired Faculty Member > Actions > View Activity Log

  1. Click Faculty on the navigation menu.
    Faculties selected under Lifecycle Management
  2. Click the desired Faculty Member name.
  3. Select View Activity Log under the Actions dropdown.

    Click on an activity in the list to open a side panel with details about the activity. The chart below displays the information shown in the Activity Log on the right-hand panel that displays when clicking on an Activity in the list.
