(Added) Tooltip for date columns in Faculty Search reports: 

Added a tooltip to date columns in the updated reports for Faculty Search (tooltip also appears in Review, Promotion & Tenure). When viewing the Faculty Search Applications Report, Positions Report, Position Activity Report Log, and RPT Case Activity Log, columns on the report that use the MM/DD/YYYY date format now display a tool tip explaining that the format being displayed is MM/DD/YYYY.
