We've added more flexibility in appointment creation by allowing data load of upcoming appointments: 

Data Load now presents three different statuses; past, current, and upcoming, that are set based on appointment date. Additionally, users can set the appointment dates according to their needs without any restriction on overlapping dates.

• This new logic will cover the following scenarios:
• If the start date is in the past and the contract expiration date is in the future, a new current appointment will be created.
• If the start date and contract expiration date are both in the future, a new appointment will be created with an upcoming status.
• If the status field is empty, and there are no other current appointments, the appointment will be tagged as a current appointment.
