Recover a Password

This article explains what to do if a password is lost, forgotten, or desired to be changed in order to access the interfolio account.

 

If a message appears when trying to create an account that says "an account with this email already exists" this is probably because an existing Interfolio account was already created.

 

Recover Password

  1. Go to the Interfolio sign in page.
  2. Click the Forgot your password? button.
    Sign in with email section with Email and Password field above a sign in button
  3. Enter the Email Address.
  4. Click Reset. An email will be sent with further instructions on how to reset the password.

Not receiving Interfolio emails? Take a second to Add Interfolio to the email contact list so they do not go to spam. Find email from the list below to learn how to add Interfolio as a trusted domain.
