Recover a Password
This article explains what to do if a password is lost, forgotten, or desired to be changed in order to access the interfolio account.
If a message appears when trying to create an account that says "an account with this email already exists" this is probably because an existing Interfolio account was already created.
- Go to the Interfolio sign in page.
- Click the Forgot your password? button.
- Enter the Email Address.
- Click Reset. An email will be sent with further instructions on how to reset the password.
Not receiving Interfolio emails? Take a second to Add Interfolio to the email contact list so they do not go to spam. Find email from the list below to learn how to add Interfolio as a trusted domain.
