View Remaining Deliveries, Add More Deliveries, and Account Expiration Date

When subscribing for Dossier Deliver, 50 academic deliveries are credited annually. Each time a delivery is sent by email, mail, or a confidential letter is uploaded, one delivery credit is used. 1 delivery = 1 credit, regardless of the number of documents included in that delivery.

Add Delivery Credits

Additional delivery credits that are purchased expire when the account subscription expires.

1. Navigate to Subscription and Billing under Account Settings

Navigation: Account Settings > Subscription & Billing

  1. Click Account Settings from the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
dropdown menu with Account Settings selected under Account Options
  2. Click Subscription & Billing on the left-hand navigation bar.
Subscription and Billing selected on the toolbar

2. Add more deliveries

  1. Click Add more deliveries under Remaining Deliveries.
Remaining Delvieries section with Add more deliveries selected
  2. Select the number of credits desired to add.
  3. Click Add when finished.

By clicking add, the credit card listed will be charged for the purchase amount. Make sure to note the expiration date of the credits.  Delivery credits purchased within an active Dossier Deliver subscription will expire when that subscription expires. This purchase is not refundable.
