How to Submit a Feature Request

There are three ways that you can submit a Feature Request to Interfolio for consideration for development: email, webform, and the Interfolio Client Community.

Submitting a feature request via email:

To submit a feature request or enhancement via email send a message to help@interfolio.com, and include "Feature Request" in the subject line of the email.

Best practice when submitting a feature request is to write your feature request as indicated below. Variable information is in parentheses:

  • As a (User Type - Admin/Eval/Committee Member) working in (the product you are working in)...
  • When I perform this action (action you are taking or trying to take, such as sending an email, requesting letters, etc.)...
  • Then I should be able to do X (where X is your desired action).  

Submitting a feature request via the Webform on our help site:

To submit a feature request via our webform, click on the “Support” bubble on the bottom right-hand side of the screen of our Help site, complete the required information, and make sure you choose “Feature Request” as the Request Type of the ticket you are submitting.

Submitting a feature request via the Interfolio Client Community:

To submit a feature request via the Interfolio Client community, you can either click on the “Submit a Ticket” tag along the navigation bar, or click on the “Submit a Ticket” icon on the right-hand side of the screen, complete the required information, and ensure you choose “Feature Request” as the Request Type of the support ticket you are submitting.
