Updated Client Community Saved Views: Made updates to Client Community to improve client view of their open cases and product ideas.

The following improvements have been made to Client Community: 

• “Lifecycle Feature Requests”  has been removed.
• “My Institution’s Closed Tickets” - This list view now shows all closed tickets at your institution.
• “My Institution’s Product Ideas” - This list view now shows all product ideas which includes ideas that have been released or are not being considered.
• “My Institution’s Open Tickets” - This list view now shows all tickets with an open status
• “My Institution’s Tickets (View all)“ - This list view now shows tickets of any type and status.
