Added: Allow Hire Date to start in the future: 

Institutional Administrators of Lifecycle Management can create a new faculty profile with a hire date set in the future when creating a faculty record in LM for any individual applicant hired through a Faculty Search position. Admins can set the future hire date when either creating or editing a faculty profile.

Added: Allow Appointment Date to be set in the future: 

When creating or editing a faculty profile, Lifecycle Management Administrators can create a new appointment for a new or existing faculty member that has a start date set for the future. This appointment date will reflect the corresponding events of the faculty journey. The future appointment date will appear on the faculty profile. Appointment dates cannot be set earlier than the hire date.
