Product Ideas
Check out our article for more information on what Interfolio does with your feature request.
The ‘Ideas’ page lets administrators browse, filter, upvote, and downvote feature ideas submitted by clients.
Click Vote Now to navigate to the full list of ideas submitted.
From here you can apply filters on the left to narrow down the list. Select any idea to open it.

Select Follow to receive notifications. Select Upvote if you support the idea or Downvote if you do not.
You can also Use the search feature at the top of the site to search for ideas.
After typing in your keywords, you'll need to filter to Ideas and then category > Interfolio to narrow the results specifically to Interfolio ideas.
Known Issues
The 'Known Issues' page highlights widespread critical issues affecting Interfolio institutions. You can view details, follow issues for updates, or report when an issue affects your institution. These actions will send you notifications whenever there’s an update on the issue, keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
Here you will see a list of the most recently created and highest reported known issues. Select an issue from one of those lists, or select ‘View All Issues’ to see the full list. Once you are on the page for a specific issue, you will be able to view a summary, steps to reproduce it, workaround, steps and other updates.
Select Follow to receive notifications. Select Report if the issue is impacting your institution.
Following Items
On the Product Ideas, Known Issues, and Case Management pages, you can follow specific items to track the ones that matter most to you.
When you follow an item, it's added to your Following list - accessible from the Following tile on the homepage - and you'll receive email notifications whenever someone posts an update or the status changes.

Members of the ‘Interfolio Announcements’ user group can determine the frequency of email notifications they receive. By default, you will receive a weekly digest of any posts added to the group. If you'd like to receive an alert for each post (recommended) follow the steps below.
Once you have joined the user group, a dropdown will appear with the following options:
From the dropdown list, select how often you'd like to be notified of posts shared in the group.
- Every Post (Recommended): Receive an email for each post shared in the user group.
- Daily Digest: Receive one email per day for 50 of the latest posts from the previous day.
- Weekly Digest: Receive one email per week for up to 50 of the latest posts from the week.

We recommend selecting ‘Every Post’ to ensure you receive timely notifications. On average, we expect you will receive 2-3 emails each month alerting you of new releases and upcoming webinars.
