To send materials from your Dossier account to an email or a non-Interfolio application, a user must have an upgraded Dossier Deliver account. The cost to upgrade is $59.99 and includes 50 deliveries per year.

Have your Letter Writer Download their Original Letter
Alternatively, if your letter writer no longer has the original letter to send on your behalf, they can download it by logging into their Dossier account and navigating to Letters > Letters to Send > Completed (filter option) > View Details > Download Letter.
