Activate/Deactivate Faculty Profiles

Administrative users can activate and deactivate faculty profiles in bulk or individually.

 

Activate/Deactivate Faculty Profiles

Select the tabs below to view more information on how to activate/deactivate faculty profiles.

Activate in Bulk

Navigation: Faculty > desired checkboxes > Modify Profiles > Activate Profile 

  1. Click Faculty on the navigation menu.

  2. Select the checkboxes adjacent to the desired INACTIVE Faculty Member name(s).

    Filter the faculty list by deactivated profiles

    1. Click Filter to open the filter drawer.

    2. Scroll down to the Status of Faculty section and select the Deactivated checkbox and unselect the Active checkbox.

    3. Click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the drawer to close out.

    4. Select the checkboxes adjacent to the desired INACTIVE Faculty Member name(s).

     
     
  3. Select Activate Profile from the Modify Profiles dropdown directly above the list of faculty members.

  4. Click Activate Profile to confirm decision.
 
 

Activate Individual

Navigation: Faculty > desired Faculty Member > Actions > Activate Profile

  1. Click Faculty on the navigation menu.

  2. Click the desired INACTIVE Faculty Member name.

    1. Click Filter to open the filter drawer.

    2. Scroll down to the Status of Faculty section and select the Deactivated checkbox and unselect the Active checkbox.

    3. Click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the drawer to close out.

    4. Click the desired INACTIVE Faculty Member name.

     
     
  3. Select Activate Profile under the Actions dropdown.

  4. Click Activate Profile to confirm decision.
 
 

Deactivate in Bulk

Navigation: Faculty > desired checkboxes > Modify Profiles > Deactivate Profile 

  1. Click Faculty on the navigation menu.

  2. Select the checkboxes adjacent to the desired ACTIVE Faculty Member name(s).

    Ensure the faculty list is filtering by active profiles

    1. Click Filter to open the filter drawer.

    2. Scroll down to the Status of Faculty section and ensure the Active checkbox is selected and the Deactivated checkbox in not selected.

    3. Click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the drawer to close out.

    4. Select the checkboxes adjacent to the desired ACTIVE Faculty Member name(s).

     
     
  3. Select Deactivate Profile from the Modify Profiles dropdown directly above the list of faculty members.

Deactivate Individual

Navigation: Faculty > desired Faculty Member > Actions > Deactivate Profile

  1. Click Faculty on the navigation menu.

  2. Click the desired ACTIVE Faculty Member name.

    Ensure the faculty list is filtering by active profiles

    1. Click Filter to open the filter drawer.

    2. Scroll down to the Status of Faculty section and ensure the Active checkbox is selected and the Deactivated checkbox in not selected.

    4. Click the desired ACTIVE Faculty Member name.

     
     
  3. Select Deactivate Profile under the Actions dropdown.
