Fixed: Issue preventing some Canadian users from entering Province information when completing profile: 

“Province” can now be selected and saved by Dossier users in Canada when completing their profile in account settings and billing information. We also fixed an issue with the system erroneously requiring Canadian users to enter a ‘State’ when adding billing details.
