Set Download Privileges and Access to Case Materials

Administrators and Committee Managers can set who can access case materials, and set whether or not materials can be downloaded (providing that file downloads are enabled for an institution).

Access can be granted to "Administrators Only," "Administrators & Committee Managers," or "Administrators & Entire Committee."

Follow the directions below to edit or set the access settings and download privileges of case materials in Interfolio Review, Promotion, & Tenure.

Select "Cases" from the left hand navigation menu

Select one or more files

Click "Settings" from the blue action bar above the list

From the dropdown menu, turn downloads on or off, or set the access level of selected materials

The access level can also be set when editing the settings for a single file:

Click "Edit" under the "Actions" column and select "Edit Settings"

Set the access level from the dropdown menu and click "Update"
