Dossier Deliver is a premium delivery and material curation package. With a paid upgrade to Dossier Deliver, the Dossier account can be used to deliver letters of recommendation (LOR), CVs, evaluations, writing samples, and other application materials. With a Dossier Deliver subscription users can:

• Send deliveries: Create deliveries of materials and letters of recommendation to send to desired applications.
• Get feedback: Share non-confidential materials and receive feedback from mentors, or trusted individuals. Materials and collections of materials can be shared with anyone regardless of whether that person has an Interfolio account.
• Have letters of recommendation quality checked: All letters of recommendation will be quality checked for essential components including letterhead and signature.

Dossier Institution is the institutionally provided package to prepare for reviews as well as store and organize materials. Dossier Institution is designed to connect individual Dossier accounts to Interfolio Review, Promotion & Tenure (RPT) for institutional review and Interfolio Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) for activity tracking. With Dossier Institution users can:

• Reuse packet materials: Add materials from a previous packet to a current packet. Eligible materials can also be combined into a single PDF; this option is unavailable when the selected materials include a vita. If a candidate does not have Dossier Institution, the ‘Packets’ tab will not display when they are adding materials to their packet
  
  

  Any previous packet that has been submitted for a previous case is available for selection here. When a packet is selected, candidates can combine materials from a previous packet into a single PDF. This option is unavailable if the selected materials include a vita.
  

   
• Prepare for reviews: Search for and select institutional Guidelines, create a collection for an upcoming review, review instructions, and preview relevant forms.
  
  

  This creates a new collection where candidates can add materials and review instructions for the review

  

   
• Get feedback: Share collections containing non-confidential documents with other Dossier Institution users at the same institution and receive comments. Shared collections update dynamically as materials are added, and the candidate can revoke or restore access.
  
  

  Share recipients can comment on shared materials. Comments appear dynamically for the candidate and can be resolved, edited, deleted, downloaded, or replied to at any time. Comments from one recipient are not visible to other recipients.
