About the Faculty List and Profile Page
The faculty list or roster displays each faculty member's name along with their upcoming events and appointments. While appointments are associated with specific units, faculty members themselves are not directly linked to any units.
Faculty List and Profile Page
Navigate to the Faculty page from the navigation menu to access the Faculty List.
Filter Faculty List
Click the Filter button to open a drawer on the right-hand side, where you can apply filters to refine the list. Available filters include Unit, Series (e.g., Research Professor or Clinical Practice), Rank Type, Current Event Type, Upcoming Event Type, Event Type, and the status of both current and previous faculty members.
Note that faculty are not directly tied to units; rather, appointments are tied to units. As such, the ‘Unit’ filter identifies faculty members who have had appointments associated with the selected unit.
Note that by checking the box next to the ‘Faculty Member’ header you will bulk select all faculty members that are viewable on the page. To select all profiles, click the ‘Select all [#] profiles on all pages’ hyperlink that appears.
The faculty's profile page will display.
This profile page displays the faculty member's:
- Contact Information: View their name, email, date hired, office address, and phone number or send an individual email.
- Appointment Information: View the start date, rank name, title, unit, and employee type (tenure-track, full-time, etc.) for each appointment.

Professional Journey: View and edit timeline events. The timeline includes the name of the current timeline, current rank, and timeline events including the graphic representation of timeline events (milestones, reviews).

Timeline Options: Select Add Event or Add Exception Event from the dropdown to manage the faculty member's journey.

History: Displays previous appointment information.
