Use Emulate User Tool

Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR, Faculty 180) allows administrators to emulate faculty and staff members, at their unit or below, to access information or to view FAR from their perspective. This is especially helpful for assisting faculty/staff members who have questions about using FAR. When an administrator emulates a user without admin rights, their own admin permissions do not carry over during emulation. They will only see what the emulated user can access. On the other hand, when emulating a user with admin rights, the administrator retains limited admin access, specifically, permissions related to record management within a section. However, they do not retain broader administrative capabilities such as adding faculty, managing courses, or viewing reports.

Please note that emulation in FAR does not give access to Review, Promotion & Tenure (RPT).

Check out this article on how to Configure Faculty Account Access for the process on how to faculty can assign proxy users to access their CV information and reports without access to the Administration section.
