Display user who last edited role: 

LM Administrators can see which user last edited a user’s role in addition to the time/date the user was last edited. 

• When an LM Administrator edits a user's role, they will see the full name of the last user and can make an edit to the user. 

• When an LM Administrator edits a user’s role, they will see a name if there is no record of editing the user.
