Lifecycle Management

• Improved: We have refined the data model for Lifecycle Management’s (LM) reports by removing all deleted faculty records. Additionally, all current composition graphs have been updated to exclude deactivated faculty. These changes provide institutions with a more accurate and up-to-date view of their current faculty distribution.

Faculty Search

• Improved: To support our integration users, we have addressed repeated API timeout issues experienced in the Staging environment. Following these improvements, testing shows that the position's endpoint now executes reliably with an average response time of approximately 6 seconds, eliminating previous timeout problems and facilitating smoother development and testing.

Faculty Activity Reporting

• Fixed: We resolved an error with legacy vitas that was causing exported vitas to be blank. Legacy vitas that are exported will now include all relevant data as expected.
• Fixed: We resolved an error where some faculty members’ Vita Builder vitas were not included in the requested downloads. In all but a very few scenarios where there is an issue with a faculty member’s account, when a faculty member is included in a download of Vita Builder vitas, that vita will be available in the download as expected.  
• Fixed: We resolved an error where certain downloads of Vita Builder vitas were not available. Requested downloads of Vita Builder vitas are now reliably available as expected.
