Make Notes on Materials

Administrators and Committee Managers can add notes within the application for Evaluators and Committee Members to review. Committee Members and Evaluators cannot add notes, but can add private annotations to application documents in the document reader and export them as a PDF.

 

Add Notes to Application

  1. Navigate to the Positions page, click the hyperlinked position name and then the hyperlinked applicant name to navigate to their application page.

  2. Scroll down to the Notes section to view any notes that have been added by Administrators or Committee Managers. All users can see these notes, but only Administrators and Committee Managers can add new ones. To do so, click the Add Note button and choose from the available note types: application, hiring, or offer.

  3. Administrators and Committee Managers can Edit or Delete notes from this section. Please note that only one note of each type can be added. When all note types have been used, the ‘Add Note’ button will disappear until an existing note is deleted.
