(Updated) Timestamps on Case Information Report:

The CSV of the Case Information Report now shows timestamps using the correct date and time formats so the user can easily understand exactly when the case opened/closed. In the RPT Reports page, when a user selects a unit and generates a Case Information Report, the timestamps on the CSV download now display the format described below for the Created Date, Closed Date, and Packet Due Date fields.

  • The timestamps in the downloaded CSV file follow the specified date & time format:
    • Created Date
      • MM/DD/YYY HH:MM AM/PM Eastern Time e.g. 4/29/2024 12:00 PM Eastern Time
    • Closed Date
      • MM/DD/YYY HH:MM AM/PM Eastern Time e.g. 4/29/2024 12:00 PM Eastern Time
    • Packet Due Date * must use Columns option to add PPD to report.
      • MM/DD/YYYY e.g. 8/11/2022
  • Guidelines for date and time formats:
    • Date Format Example MM/DD/YYYY
    • Time format example:
      • 2:45 PM Eastern Time
      • If space is limited (for example, in a table)
        • 2:45 PM ET
    • Use 12-hour clock
    • Always include AM or PM
    • Always use numerals (2:00 PM)
    • Include Hours and Minutes (e.g. 2:00 PM - NOT 2PM)
    • Include the time zone and capitalize time zones
    • Don’t abbreviate time zones unless space is severely limited
    • Abbreviate as ET for Eastern Time.
