View Appointment History

Lifecycle Management (LM) users can view the appointment history of an individual faculty member. This history is accessible from the Actions menu on the faculty member's profile page.

 

View Appointment History

1. Navigate to View Appointment History under Faculty

Navigation: Faculty > desired Faculty Name > Actions > View Appointment History

  1. Click Faculty on the navigation menu.

  2. Click the Faculty Member name to open their profile. 
  3. Select View Appointment History under the Actions dropdown.

2. View Appointment History

  1. Click the blue carat on an appointment in the list to open an overview of the appointment. This displays the dates and institution of the appointment and an event history including Event Titles, Type (promotion, reappointment, and others), Time period, and Outcome of the event (promoted, completed, and others).
  2. Click View under the Actions column to open the View Event page or click View Appointment Details to open a side window with details about the appointment.
  3. Click Edit to make changes to these details as desired.
