If using course designation

<term>_<year>_<facultyid>_<prefix>_<coursenumber>_<designation>_<coursesection>.pdf

"Term" must match term names configured in the FAR UI. Files may be no bigger than 1 MB.

For cross-listed courses, please send two files, one for each course.

Any Other File

The file naming convention for any kind of file is <Faculty ID>_<Record ID associated with the activity>_<name of file>.PDF

Files may be no bigger than 1 MB.

The corresponding activity or profile record must exist in order for an attachment to be successfully loaded. If the data does not already exist in FAR, please follow our data models and plan to send a corresponding CSV file that will be processed prior to the attachment load.
