Use Tags to Organize Dossier Materials
Create and apply tags to help organize the materials in Dossier accounts. Create a tag and apply it to multiple files, or apply tags to files one at a time. The list of materials can also be filtered using tags.
Use Tags to Organize Dossier Materials
Select the tabs below to view more information on different ways to use tags.
Create/apply a tag to a file
- Click Materials on the navigation menu.
- Click the addition symbol under the file title and click Add New Tag.
- Enter the Name.
- Click Save when finished.
- The tag will appear under the document title.
- Repeat the process to add as many tags as necessary.
Add tag to multiple items in a list
- Click Materials on the navigation menu.
- Select multiple files by clicking the checkboxes adjacent to the desired Title.
- Select Add new tag from the Tag dropdown that appears.
- An existing tag can be applied to the selected files or a new tag can be created.
Delete a Tag
Tag names will automatically be removed from the list of tags available once it is no longer used on any materials.
- Click Materials on the navigation menu.
- Click the “x” adjacent to the tag to remove.
- Click Remove to confirm decision.
