Release Notes: February 19, 2026
This release introduces enhancements and fixes across Platform, Faculty Search (FS), and Lifecycle Management (LM). On the Platform, new cookie banners are being deployed to meet updated regulatory standards. In FS, custom welcome messages now appear correctly in onboarding emails, and required documents reliably display on the review page regardless of whether evaluation criteria are configured. In LM, profiles created from FS applicants now correctly display the full professional journey when applying a selected rank, ensuring accurate and complete faculty timelines.
Platform
- Cookie Banner: We will be deploying new cookie banners across our platform to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory guidance. In the United States, the new banner will include a statement indicating that we honor GPC signals, aligning with regulator expectations in California. Outside of the US, the banner will provide users with the option to “reject all” non-essential cookies, giving them greater control over their preferences.
Faculty Search
- Fixed: We fixed an issue where custom welcome messages included when adding new users to Faculty Search were not visible in the email. Previously, administrators could add a custom message, but it was not displayed in the sent email. This fix ensures that custom messages now appear correctly in the welcome email sent to new users, providing clearer communication and confirmation of the message content.
- Fixed: We fixed an issue where required documents would not display on the review page if no criteria for evaluation were present. Previously, the display of required documents was incorrectly dependent on the existence of evaluation criteria. This fix ensures that required documents now appear consistently on the review page, regardless of whether evaluation criteria are set, providing a clearer, more reliable review process across all regions.
Lifecycle Management
- Fixed: We addressed an issue where the full professional journey was not appearing on a faculty profile timeline when created from a Faculty Search applicant and applying a journey to the selected rank. Now, institutional administrators can create profiles via the FS integration in LM and select the “apply journey” checkbox, which correctly pulls in and displays the complete journey on the faculty profile timeline, ensuring comprehensive and accurate profile information.
