Release Notes: January 27, 2026
This release introduces enhancements and fixes across Interfolio products. The Platform login pages for Europe and Asia Pacific now include regional notices to help Dossier users confirm where they are creating or accessing accounts. In Faculty Search, application report previews once again display evaluator and criteria names when using the “Rating by Criteria and Evaluator” filter, restoring full visibility prior to CSV download. In RPT, multiple issues with the Case Information Report, including inaccurate or blank Assignments and Workflow Step columns, have been resolved, and ZIP file downloads now generate notifications and complete successfully. Lifecycle Management gains improved filter persistence on the faculty list, ensuring applied filters remain active across navigation until manually cleared or a new session begins.
Platform
- Enhancement: For users whose accounts are in the Europe and Asia Pacific hosting regions, we added a notice to the login page (account.eu1.interfolio.com and account.ap1.interfolio.com) to indicate that the user is on the Europe or Asia Pacific page. This will help Dossier users applying to positions in FS identify the region in which they are logging into or creating an account to apply.
Faculty Search
- Fixed: We fixed an issue where, after applying the “Rating by Criteria and Evaluator” filter on application reports, administrators could only see average ratings without evaluator or criteria names, and evaluator/criteria details were not visible in the report preview. With this fix, report viewers can now fully preview reports, with evaluator and criteria names displayed before download, ensuring complete visibility of report details without downloading a CSV.
Review, Promotion & Tenure
- Fixed: We fixed an issue with RPT Case Information Report where the “Assignments” column was not accurate. There was a delay in the updating of the Assignments and Workflow Steps columns - issues with the Case Information Report have since been resolved and is working as expected.

- Fixed: We fixed an issue where ZIP file downloads of RPT cases were not producing a notification and ability for an Administrator to access their requested download. ZIP file download functionality is restored and downloads as well as corresponding notifications are working as expected again.
Lifecycle Management
- Enhancement: We have improved filter persistence within the faculty list to enhance usability and consistency across the FIS. Now, any filters applied to the faculty list will remain active even after navigating through pagination or leaving the page. Filters will persist until manually cleared or a new session is initiated by logging out and back in. Resetting filters will return the list to the default view, showing only active faculty, aligning with existing behavior in the FS and RPT modules.
