• Enhancement: We are improving how faculty add IDS recommendations to FAR by introducing faculty bulk acceptance. This enhancement enables them to select multiple items—where the expected data is complete—and accept them simultaneously, significantly reducing the number of clicks and the time it takes to enter data during reporting cycles.

Faculty Search

• Enhancement: We have improved form management in Faculty Search by adding a new column to the Candidate Forms table that displays the creator’s name and email address for each application form. This enhancement allows users across all tenants to quickly identify the owner or creator of each form directly within the interface, making it easier to manage, review, and clean up forms. This information has also been added to our Forms endpoint for our API users.
• Fixed: We have addressed an issue where committee ratings were not appearing on the applicant list, leading to confusion about whether ratings could be edited directly from the list.
  • Enhancement: In addition to fixing the overall rating column so that it now correctly populates, we have implemented several enhancements to create a clearer, more accurate, and accessible experience for managing applicant ratings.:
    • The ratings now display in the format “(x / y)” for clear understanding.
    • Partial star ratings are now visible for non-whole numbers, providing a more precise visual representation.
    • Hover actions on the “My Overall Rating” column have been removed, as ratings cannot be set from this page.
    • For improved accessibility, ARIA labels now announce ratings as “rating x out of y”.
• Fixed: We have addressed a delay issue in the Faculty Search applicant list where updates to an applicant's status or disposition code were not immediately visible. Previously, changes only appeared after deselecting the applicant or refreshing the page. With this update, status and disposition code updates now appear instantly, providing a smoother and more efficient user experience when managing applications.

Faculty Activity Reporting

• Enhancement: We are modernizing buttons throughout the FAR application. In addition to an improved and more consistent look, this work will fix a number of small bugs with the functionality of specific buttons. 

Review, Promotion & Tenure

• Fixed: We have resolved a bug where reviewers were experiencing issues viewing and completing Committee Forms within cases.
