(Added) Tooltip for date columns in RPT reports: 

Added a tooltip to date columns in the updated reports for Review, Promotion & Tenure (also appears in Faculty Search). When viewing the RPT Case Activity Log, Committee Form Report (Last Date Submitted), and Case Information Report, columns on the report that use the MM/DD/YYYY date format now display a tool tip explaining that the format being displayed is MM/DD/YYYY.
