Rate Applicants
Evaluators can rate applicants using a 5-star scale if Administrators choose to establish custom rating criterion when creating a position. Evaluators can provide ratings either directly from the applicant's position profile or within the document reader while reviewing application materials. The option to enable blind review is available under the position's Evaluation Settings, allowing Administrators to control whether Evaluators can view ratings provided by others.
