Export Faculty Records
To export faculty member records, simply select the desired profile(s) to export and download the CSV. Exports are now processed as background jobs. After requesting an export, users will see a confirmation message that the file has been requested. Once the file is ready, it will appear under “My Tasks” on the homepage for easy access.
Export Faculty Records
- Navigate to the Faculty page and check the boxes next to the applicable Faculty Members to include in the export. You can also click the checkbox next to the ‘Faculty Member’ header to select all faculty members on the page shown. It is recommended to filter the listed faculty to reduce the desired faculty to one page.
- Once the desired faculty are selected, click Download CSV. This will prompt a download of a CSV file with:
- PID
- Last Name
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Date Hired
- Unit Name
- Rank Name
- Workload
- Series
- Appointment ID
- Appointment Title
- Appointment Status
- Employee Type (tenure track, full-time, and more)
- Appointment Start Date
- Contract Expiration
- Appointment Notes
- Position ID
- Compensation
- Event Name
- Event Status
- Event Start Date
- Event End Date
- Outcome
- Reason
The exported CSV will reflect any filters applied to the faculty list. If no filters are used, it will include all selected profiles, regardless of whether they have current, upcoming, or no appointments. If filters are applied, the export will reflect only the filtered subset.
Appointments that appear in the export will include current and upcoming. The same applies to events—only current and upcoming will be included.
